Production time
Production time starts after we receive full payment and your written mockup approval. Your quote lists the timeline for your order.

Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.

Shipping address
Please confirm your shipping address before production. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Samples
Shipping for sample orders is charged separately. For local orders in the Los Angeles area, our team may be able to drop off samples. Please ask about availability in advance.
