Earning points
$1 spent earns 5 points, calculated on the product subtotal after any discounts, before tax and shipping. Points are not earned on any portion of an order paid with Order Credit. Points belong to the customer account, not the individual placing the order. If an order is canceled or refunded, points earned on it are removed. Points do not currently expire.
Redeeming points
1,000 points redeems $10 in order credit. Every additional 1,000 points redeems another $10, and credits can be stacked. Order Credit applies to the product subtotal only. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. Points cannot be used on single-piece sample orders. Branded rewards include one-color logo printing. Redeemed items ship with your next order at no extra cost; if you would like a redeemed item shipped on its own, shipping is charged separately. Rewards are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we may offer a substitute of similar value.
Program changes
We may change the rewards catalog, point values, or these terms, or end the program, at any time. Points earned before a change will be honored as described at the time they were earned. Questions? Email info@promomoworks.com.
